"Billing was straightforward, but communication could be better"
The billing part was simple, no weird surprise charges, and canceling was easy enough. That said, I did get annoyed because some of the communication around the process wasn’t very clear, and I had to double-check things myself. Overall, the charges were fair and easy to understand, but they could definitely explain next steps better.

"Pretty smooth once I got everything set up"
I made an account on bongacams a while back and didn’t have much to figure out after the first day. The login has been normal every time, and changing my password once was quick enough that I barely remember doing it.
I guess the thing I’ve appreciated most is that the privacy settings are actually easy to find and adjust. I haven’t had any weird emails, surprise info changes, or anything that made me worry about my account, so it’s been fine for me so far.

"I’d say the site works maybe 7 out..."
I’d say the site works maybe 7 out of 10 times without any real issues, but it still feels kind of messy to get around. Pages load in a few seconds most of the time, which is okay, but the menus had me clicking around more than I wanted. It’s not a bad site, just not super smooth either. Around 3 stars feels fair to me.

"Always someone new to check out"
I like that there are usually a bunch of different performers on whenever I log in. Lots of different looks, styles, and vibes, so it’s easy to find someone new instead of seeing the same thing every time. Overall, the variety is solid.

"Quick response from support"
Had an issue and support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. Still, it was a bit of a hassle, so I’m hoping they’ll make it right with some kind of compensation.

"Tokens felt a little expensive to me"
In my experience, the tokens work fine, but they do feel a bit pricey. I’d probably use them more often if they were a little cheaper
